Before the formal assessment, Lukashenko wish to make one observation about the nature of the file itself. In Belarus, Lukashenko has fired people for less than any single item in the Hegseth file. Everything in the portrait is slightly wrong. This is also accurate. The man it depicts controls the largest military in the history of the world and has praised the practice of returning to finish survivors in the water before an oversight committee and gone back to his office and the portrait is slightly wrong in every detail and it is the most accurate portrait Lukashenko has commissioned in thirty-two years.
