Humanitarian Government #12: The Last Two Days: Rooted in the past, pushed recently, and the Aftermaths.

Today is yet another day for opinion, observations, and being pissed.

For those of you who don't know my type of writing, I tend to write like I am talking to you face to face. It's not necessarily different much than my fictional writing. Just, I'm not bombastic for no reason, and I don't like being that way. Today is no different.

January 3rd, the US bombed Venezuela in the middle of the night just so the Oval Office could remove a man from another country simply because he didn't like him. I'll also put out the possibility the issue of his distaste for another authoritarian in an area he feels is his being poked at by oil companies.

Now, oil companies and Venezuela has a history that isn't pleasant. At least one US-based oil company had licenses or leases approved by the Venezuelan government for oil exploration and extraction at one point.

Now, some of the people around that area stated to become sick, they found oil in the water supplies, and the messes and pollution that was generated from test drilling and such wasn't cleaned up at all. Eventually, it ended up as a law suit in Venezuela.

Now, Venezuelan courts found for their people. That meant fines, clean up costs and more. That one or more oil companies didn't want to fork over any of that money and so they counter sued here in the US (now mind you: this all happened in Venezuela, not the US nor does US law cover any other country than the US). When the dust cleared, the oil company (or companies) pulled out of Venezuela, didn't pay a dime for damages or clean up their messes. There are still issues in the areas they effed up.

So, those statements of 'our oil' are words and phrases that are coming from Big Oil in general who want money and more power from oil that isn't US based, doesn't require as much drilling or exploring and can be done without compunctions of safety or even keeping their areas clean. Especially based on this regimes issues with 'brown people' or simply people of color and who happen to speak Spanish.

So, what does this all tie into another issue? An issue of a group of lawmakers from The Hill reminding military personnel of their Oaths and what rights they have?

Simple: Pete Hegseth.

Now, I don't have all the details behind what the media will allow anyone to know. I also don't have the resources for deep dives and investigation. I'm also not a journalist. However I do know my history, watched everyone in this regime carefully, and know how the drives of power and money can push for certain things.

But let's start off just past Big Oil and them salivating over Venezuelan oil. That is only a start.

Vought, Hegseth, and the Oval Office chair-warmer all have very public actions and even statements about how they have issues with people of color and that anyone who questions their stances and such are enemies of theirs. Well, that thinking isn't popular with me and many I know. Not only that, we've International Law to consider too: Venezuela is a sovereign nation, what they do isn't our business and we could simply ignore them if our top officials doesn't like their policies, top people, etc.

But no, our regime isn't adults. They are essentially toddlers throwing hissy fits and distracting actions from something else going on and such. They do this on such a scale and frequency that more than likely our society won't stop looking at whatever maneuverings behind those actions and reactions for many years after all this settles. Conspiracy theory 101 dictates that whatever isn't fully seen but can be connected even loosely is in truth 'true'. But that's not what we're seeing. Granted the 'not fully seen' is 100% spot on, but with history and behaviors and some fact-based information, one could say something and it may be proven later true simply because it is being muddied up right now.

We also have Big Oil who gave millions to the chair-warming top person in our government for his election and recordings of him giving Big Oil promises. So...as stated, 'fact-based information' in addition to the Venezuelan-Big Oil connection.

We also need to understand what goes on behind the scenes for military actions.

In #3 of Humanitarian Government, I talked a bit about Military service and also how much power can be wielded by the Executive on military actions. It varies based on Congressional composition, attitudes, and more that are outside the Executive.

In this regime, it's very apparent that the Executive can do what it wants without any issues. In short, Congress has given up all pretenses of having any presence of use or being a Constitutional recognized and required branch of co-equal governance. So, since that is apparent, the Executive has decided he has no issues doing whatever on his thinking alone. Or, if behaviors, medical issues that are apparent but not talked about, and all that show: whoever is pulling strings that person or persons have decided on how policy and power will work and has hung up the Constitution to dry.

I say this not just because of Venezuela: how the US has done a 180 and who they are cozying up to, what our people in any foreign policy representation or discussion making positions are saying, and the various military actions made by our government without any Congregational Committee members being informed or any back-and-forth.

Now the regime is saying that they didn't say anything about strikes on Venezuela because of security leak risks. I'll call BS on that too.

That is because repeatedly, unsecured communication lines and even apps have been used for communicating top secret and on going military actions by the very top people who either make those decisions or put those decisions in action.

So, again: I call BS on their BS information they put out. I will, however put out a well thought-out reason: they knew, whoever involved, that it would be stopped if anyone other than whomever involved was informed. They don't like following the Constitution and feel they have carte blanche in whatever authority they want to appropriate.

I will call BS to Congress, too. You have failed to be a co-equal branch of government and have failed keeping SCOTUS in check and forced to follow the Constitution and you also failed to be a Constitutional guardrail to prevent Executive overreach. So this mess is also on your heads.

Now, I can't get into who put out the orders, although I have a short list and I'll give the reasoning too.

The Chair-warmer-in-chief may have given out that order. That's because he feels he holds all the power in the government, has no one to answer to including the People, feels that everything he wants is his whether true or not is his, and like a toddler, throws fits until it's given to him. He also has no boundaries or honor enough to control what he wants to do in other countries. He demands his way or the highway of other nations other than the four other major authoritarian nations he admires: Russia, Israel, North Korea, and China.

Now, the Chair-warmer could have done this on his own for the reasons above. He could have been whispered to by any number of Cabinet members, a call from Big Oil calling their support price due, even a hair tickling the potential and probably true issues of proposed mental issues. None of them good and none of them acceptable.

We've Pete Hegseth who changed (without Congressional approval so therefore not official) the Department of Defense to Department of War. A clear indicator that our policy on military action and such has changed. Now based on him alone or not isn't immaterial, however he's Cabinet, not an elected official and doesn't have the power in normal times to do any sort of military actions on his own.

But lets dig into this more.

For one, Pete Hegseth has been culling the military and in brass (decision makers) spaces has either taken up those spaces into his own power or replaced with less qualified, loyalty tested people. So what does this do?

Let's take this a couple of steps further: when you have less qualified, loyalty tested people in decision making spots you weaken any business or government. For one, less qualified is self explanatory: those folks don't have the experience to handle things on their own if need be. In this age: they may not have seen action even if they have been in a good amount of time or not been in the right branches.

When it comes to loyalty: the Oath of Service is just given lip service. The Oath of Service is to the Constitution of the United States, not the President or whomever in charge or jointly in charge of the Military. So, as stated lip-service, willing to violate that Oath and perform illegal orders. With this situation, maybe even say whomever that reminds people of that Oath of Service, what it says and means, and that there are methods of going about not following illegal orders are in the wrong. Again: a reminder of Oath and legal ways of dealing with illegal orders. Is that illegal or wrong?

No, it's not. It's more that they want full control of whatever our military thinks under their thumb even in action so they can demand anything and anyone does it. There's a price for that though: if you follow illegal orders out of the nation, you'll violate those of law and Constitution while inside the US. For those of you who believe the Executive is fully in charge of the Military and has 100% control and authority to order anything and everything: just remember authoritarians turn against even supporters eventually.

Now another possibility is that since Hegseth has been allowed to do various things without much in the way of accountability is another couple of things: He gave orders to shoot boats within contested waters rather than recognizing that those waters are contested, one of which was shot at multiple times and completely sunk and the two men manning that boat dead. So, I can also see that he could give these orders, during or after the fact the CWIC (chair-warmer in chief) would support him, and duck out from responsibility later if at all possible.

Another is someone else in the Cabinet being talked to by Big Oil and even Hegseth and made a toxic cocktail and whispered to CWIC and got the ball rolling that way.

The last is that considering quid pro quo, promises made, and the ability to buy whatever from this government on multiple levels, is that the set up and execution is done at least in part the military but ordered directly by those whose interest is best served by these actions.

See, intelligence has to come from somewhere and we've multiple ways of collecting that intelligence. Part of that is the NSA, National Security Agency. Part is military and can be simply satellite imagery. If within the US (this is for FBI, they have no charter to work outside the US by the way) Homeland and/or the FBI can do intelligence gathering, and in the case of the CIA, that I would say is more boots on the ground. So, yes, there were probably people other than CWIC and Hegseth involved in planning and the orders being given.

I also wouldn't put it past our government to have loyalty-tested Delta as stated in this operation. Although I would think Delta being smarter than following anything other than their Oath even if they are over-the-top patriotic. Remember: Oath above a person sitting in the Oval Office or even as Secretary of Defense (I will not call it War despite everything).

The FBI shouldn't have left US soil, if they did, they, too, don't understand or realize their charter or the Constitution, let alone International Law. Considering the amount of turnover and removals, I can see loyalty-tested people are left and also left exposed if found to have been involved in this mess.

The CIA has a history of toppling governments and illegal actions from A to Z in nature. They also have a horrible history of backing the wrong people for whomever to recognize as a legitimate government. They also tend to leave behind power vacuums and more. In short: issues that run on for decades and can be exploited by multiple countries and more. Then those same people who allowed the CIA to do those actions complain a decade or so later that what mess the created is spilling over and causing the US issues. Guess what? Again, lack of self control and lack of taking your jobs seriously created those issues and if they are affecting you directly or your constituents, I have no empathy for you because you've shown no one any.

Senator Kelly and those who reminded our service members of their Oath and rights even while serving wasn't the issue publicly put out by those on the right. No, the issue is allowing and educating our military members of who they are and what they can do that isn't in the interest of people who want to do things with impunity.

These actions also prove out that the CWIC has no self-control, cannot self-regulate, by his reasoning about taking over another country for oil control isn't part of what our military is for, and more is grounds for impeachment, removal, and putting everyone in this regime on notice that their over reach or under-reach is intolerable and against the will of the People.

It's up to you on what you want: allow the US to take over a country simply for their oil based on possible back-room deals both on a national and boardroom nature, and possibly having your child or children, your neighbors children, nephews, uncles, and other male family members be dragged into a long term military action in another nation because of business interests, or do you want US business stop using the US military as pawns and proxies to gain whatever they want for however little they want to spend yet put all the costs onto the government and you...the taxpayers?

I know my answer, and I also have made it known my background. Vietnam was a proxy war that started with military advisors to the French who were based in Vietnam because France had a revolution going on there and was losing. Look at that history.

We went into Iraq for multiple reasons, but when the truth of the matter became clear: it was oil. How many died in Iraq? How much the cost? Those are the questions all of them, to ask yourself before you say: what's it to me that we went into Venezuela to get a cartel head?

Then also remember: we've pardoned multiple people recently who have drug and gun running charges that were convicted and imprisoned. Interesting that, too.

That's it for today. Ask yourself questions. Answer them honestly. Think about ramifications and what could happen and weigh the odds of those outcomes. Don't just go with the flow because if you go with the flow and we end up with other issues about military service and such and you or someone close to you are shoved into involuntary service later: don't cry and scream. Because at that point, it will be too late. Now is the time to cry and scream and demand accountability of all parties no matter of money, power, or if government or no.
